Ross
SPORTS THERAPIST
Having graduated with a Diploma in Sports Therapy and a Degree in Sports Science, Ross has been working for over 10 years in the Health and Wellness industry.
Ross works with some of the top athletes in the world including, Tom and Luke Stoltman, Rangers Football Club, World class Boxers, runners and weightlifting champions.

Jacquie
THERAPIST
Jacque is qualified in sports massage therapy and dry cupping, As a competitive powerlifter Jacque has personal experience of the benefits and importance of sports massage therapy to mind and body.
Jacque was also a patient of our's for several years. This led her to become a therapist at Caledonia sports clinic, so she can help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Paige
THERAPIST
Currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sports Therapy, Paige has a keen interest in massage therapy and is already qualified to provide therapeutic massage techniques to aid in recovery and relaxation.
She has a strong background in competitive sports, including international participation in judo, a spot on the Scottish national pathways team, and competing in Olympic weightlifting.
From her own sporting experience, Paige understands the demands of competitive sports and how tailored care can support performance and recovery.

We always start with a consultation and thorough assessment. Every client is different and so are their needs. That’s why we tailor our services to you specific injury/complaint. Often, we’ll treat clients with a combination of treatments.

Of course, we tailor our treatments to suit you. Overuse injuries can occur in daily life and the services we offer can help get you back to feeling on top form.

Loose comfortable clothing is best. As long as we can easily reach the injured area.

We will discuss and assess your injury thoroughly, before giving you symptom relief/correction. We will also work on a wellness care plan to avoid reoccurring injuries.

Any cancellation made less than 24hrs before your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the reserved services. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future bookings.
